I strongly recommend Shawn. I am a 37 year old with a very sedentary job and completely out of shape. I have been working with Shawn for 6 weeks, thrice a week. My problem with a one-zie fitness program like P90X or a group class is that I cannot actually do them - I either injure myself or get so exhausted I can’t do my work. Shawn took all of this into account and designed a custom program for me. He pushes me (but not to the breaking point), mixes up the routine, helps me stay interested, and offers a good explanation for why I’m doing something. The diet plan is great. He is very professional and will email you meeting requests to schedule time and is on time for our sessions. Thanks to Shawn, 6 weeks of rigorous exercise is the most I’ve done in my life - I hope to keep this streak going.

Shawn is incredible. Not only am I losing weight, I am gaining a lot of strength and confidence.
